Exclusive cancellation policy for bookings made directly with us

We hope you won’t have to cancel your reservation, but if you do, we comply with the regulations of the Regional Government of Extremadura. The percentages indicate the amount the accommodation is entitled to retain from the 30% deposit of the reservation:

– 5% of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance. 0% according to Casa Babel’s cancellation policy. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.

– 40% of the deposit if the cancellation is made 30 days or less but more than 15 days in advance. 0% according to Casa Babel’s cancellation policy. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.

– 60% of the deposit if the cancellation is made 15 days or less but more than 7 days in advance. The client will have to pay 18% of the total reservation price if they cancel 15 days before the arrival date.

– 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is made 7 days or less in advance. The client will have to pay 30% of the total reservation price if they cancel 7 days before the arrival date.
