Reserve conditions

– For guests who prefer to use individual rooms the price will increase by 5 euros per single room per day.

– The check-in is at 2:00 PM, the check-out is at 12:00 PM. If guests arrive on the same day than other guests departing, check-in will be delayed by one hour for guests arriving by 3:00 PM, and check-out will be advanced by one hour for guests departing by 11:00 AM to allow us time to clean the house.

– If guests wish to check in before 2:00 PM and/or check out after 12:00 PM, and it is possible for us, a small fee will be charged per extra hour, depending on the number of guests and rooms occupied.

– If you would like to book a birdwatching tour or any other activity, please let us know when making your reservation or contact us directly.

– The price of extra beds is 19 euros total per unit per day and the price of cots is 9 euros total per unit per day.

– Children aged 3 and under (3 years old maximum) can stay for 9 euros per child per night, with or without cot which is included in the price.

– Children aged 3 and under (5 years old maximum) can stay for 10 euros per child per night, with an extra bed included in the price.

– Guests aged 5 and over can stay for 19 euros per person per night, with an extra bed included in the price.

– Pets are welcome when renting the entire house (8 euros per pet per day, 10 euros per pet for a single night). Maximum 2 pets.

– Charging electric cars using the house’s electrical supply IS NOT ALLOWED. There is an electric vehicle charging station in the village.

– A reservation is considered final after we confirm it by writing via email and the client pays 30% of the total stay amount.
